This seasoning is so good we have decided to sell it on its own.  Roast with veggies, season fish or meat for the grill, add flavor to chili, sprinkle it on  popcorn, make a great sauce, or add some zing to aioli...

This is hands down the easiest way to add great flavor to rice with no extra effort.  The ratio is:

  • 1 cup dried rice

  • 2 tablespoons Yum-azin' seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

  • salt to taste

Rinse and drain rice.  Measure water according to rice package directions.  Pour all ingredients into a pot (or rice cooker).  Cover and cook on low.  Since there are so many different varieties of rice, please check the directions on the package for appropriate cooking time.  Trail Blazin' Seasoning will not require extra time to cook.  Once cooked, wait 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.  Enjoy!
